The Women’s ministry is an arm of the church and should do all it can to support both leadership and other ministries within the church. Doing so together, as the body of Christ, builds unity, encourages growth, and develops relationships. 1 Peter 4:10 says “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.”

Planning and coordinating all programs and meetings for the ministry.
Seeking and establishing new areas of ministry and opportunities where they arise
Being aware, as much as possible, of the needs that arise within the ministry
Continue to serve by example
